In 2016 British producer Attaque flew to South East Asia with a backpack full of portable recording equipment and a keen ear for melody. Since returning his genre-bending blend of house music has disarming freshness to it.
His mix for oki-ni is filled with oscillating bass-lines, two-step garage and immersive techno from the likes of Harry Romero and Waze & Odyssey, even managing to slip in some OG’ tracks from Groove Armada and Shakedown. Attaque (real name Dominic Gentry) rounds the hour up with a remix of his newest track Now I’m Gone, a haunting, hypnotic deep tech track that sure to stay with you.
